THANA’S CHAMBER

“Are you really leaving with your father tomorrow?” Benita asked and Thana nodded, they are in her chamber.

Benita looking at Thana now knew she is very sad and that’s because of Dario, why would Dario reject such beautiful lady.

“Is it because of Brother Dario?” Benita asked and Thana looked at her before lowering her head. “Am I that ugly Benita?” She asked and Benita shook her head.

“You are the most beautiful girl I have ever seen,not only beautiful but kind hearted ”

“Then why would he reject me?” Thana asked and Benita gently hugged her.

“Don’t mind brother Dario, he would regret ever lossing you” Benita muttered consoling her because tears are now dropping down her eyes.

“He will soon curse and resent himself for ever making you cry”

DARIO’S CHAMBER

“Prince Dario” Benita entered inside Dario’s chamber, as usual he is reading some fantasy book.

“Is Princess Thana” Came White Demon’s voice, Dario immediately snapped his eyes towards the person’s face and whom he saw was different.

“Hahaha, I got you” White demon laughed mockingly at him.

“Brother Dario” Benita approached him the more, she took a seat and sat down facing him.

“Do you know that Thana is leaving tomorrow?” She asked but Dario ignored her doing what he was doing.

“Can’t you just reply her, but on a serious note, your sister is very beautiful and…”

“Just shut up” Dario muttered cutting White demon off, before he can talk more further. Benita widened her eyes, did her brother just said that to her?

Dario gently looked up at her, meeting her confused gaze, he looked down.

“Sorry for the words I used” he apologized, Benita blink off the confused expression off her face.

“I asked you a question recently” She muttered, “Am i the one to excort her off the palace?” Dario asked.

“Stop diverting the question elsewhere and give a straight up answer weakling” Came White Demon’s annoying voice, Dario shut his eyes close and opened it so frustratedly.

“Do you like her or not?” Benita asked and Dario gave her a questionable look.

“Don’t give me that look brother Dario, that girl isn’t happy and…”

“Did you come all the way from your chamber to interrogate me?” He asked her and she shook her head.

“Truth is bitter, you know” Benita said and Dario chuckled slightly. “Which is?” He asked.

“That you like Princess Thana and denying it is the biggest mistake you have ever made” Benita muttered making White demon to burst into a hysterical laughter.

“Even a mere Human is seeing through you Dario, just accept the fact here” Came White Demon’s voice making Dario to squeeze his fist in a tight ball.

“I don’t like Princess thana and don’t plan to have anything to do with her, is it a must to reciprocate her love for me?” Dario said so coldly, why do they keep telling him that he likes Princess Thana, it’s so annoying, if he likes her or not…it’s his feelings not theirs, all he is avoiding here… is not to bring disaster to himself and Thana, like how the woman who claimed to be his mother told him years back.

That if he kept allowing her to come close to him that something dark from him will manifest, which is true…it has happened so many times…he had attempted to hurt her so many times…even in dreams and he won’t allow that again,Never!

“Just shut it Dario! You are getting me angered here!” Came White Demon’s voice.

“Just accept your feelings for her, if you kept pushing her away, she will really dispatch from you, the feelings she had for you will all vanish and another person will take over and I think that person will be prince Javier” Hearing this Dario gently looked up at her, even though they aren’t destined to be together, he won’t allow Javier to have Princess Thana, he doesn’t deserve her.

Benita stared at him for sometime and walked away.

Dario ruffled his long hair, he took a band and tired it together, his Amber eyes landed on the crafted bird Thana returned to him, he picked it and glance down at.

Surprisingly White demon kept mute, Dario’s memories flashed back on how they both met, starting from the day she applied oily balm on him and secretly gave him bread.

The day she came into his chamber for the first time and demanded to take the crafted bird in which he whole hearted gave her.

Dario immediately stood up with the crafted bird, he started walking to the entrance door.

“Where are you going?” White demon suddenly asked.

“To see Princess Thana” Dario muttered.
