Paul thought on all Greg had said and sighed.
“You don’t have to think much about all he said. He’s probably not used to this kinda stress.” David spoke when he noticed his worrisome countenance.
“All I wanted was for us to be free from that cursed place.” Paul spoke, staring into thin air.
“Ever since we were lured into that place, my brother and I haven’t had the opportunity to escape up until now.
And I believe we were able to come out of there alive because of your prayers. One of us who tried to escape died right there without ever tasting freedom.”
“So what made you take this risk?”
“Faith.”
“Faith?”
“Yes, faith. Faith that we’d make it out alive. Especially when I saw you and your son praying.” Greg said. At that point, Festus tossed up and down till he sat up.
“God said we should move.” He said after rubbing his sleepy eyes for some time.
“Move? To where?” David asked.
“Back to where we’re coming from.” Greg replied sarcastically. They all thought he was asleep but later got to know he wasn’t.
”We move forward, probably to the next cave. When we get there we lodge, and wait for the next instruction.” Festus said and Greg chuckled, finding his statement amusing.
“Lodge? Like it’s some sort of a hotel.”
“Not exactly, but I think we all get the point.” David said and turned to Festus
“Okay then, we’d leave at daybreak.”
“Why not now?” Paul asked
“Because we all need rest; our body is too weak to journey any further before someone faints while at it. Besides, outside is still very dark. Let’s just wait till dawn”

A few hours later, they all set off into the bush, having no clue where they were headed. All they did was trust God to direct them as they kept moving and finding shelter at nightfall.
“There are no caves around here, and the sun is setting.” Greg said in panic.
“Here, come see what I found.” Paul said, directing their attention to a pack of leaves neatly set like someone was expecting a guest.
“You mean we should sleep here? But this place is out in the open! What if someone sees us, or worse still, what if a wild animal attacks us while asleep?” Greg asked fearfully.
“God will protect us.” Paul said confidently
“God?”
“Yes! He’s literally the one leading and directing us on our way out of here through Festus’ dreams. Besides, this place looks comfy like someone was being expected.
It could be a sent angel that did this, so let’s just trust Him and rest here. Tomorrow we’d continue our journey.” Paul said.

Toyo’s troops had searched all day for Paul and co. until they became frustrated.
“What do we tell boss now?” Richard their leader asked as he sat in the middle of the bush, exhausted.
“The truth?” One of them said
“You say? It’s like you’re ready to die abi?.” Yomi, another member of the team said.
“So what do you suggest we tell him?”

“What do they mean they couldn’t find them?” Toyo asked in rage. Richard has sent an update of their unfruitful search through a messenger.
“I don’t know Sir. Richard didn’t tell me anything. He just gave the piece of paper in your hand to a messenger to give to me to deliver it to you.” Toyo’s personal assistant said.
Toyo threw the paper away and hit his hand hard against the wall.
“I’m giving them three days. Three more days! If they don’t deliver those fools to me in three days, whatever becomes of them wouldn’t be my fault!”

🌷Greg was the first to be up amongst the four.
He sat up and was staring into space when Paul his brother approached him
“Is something wrong?” He asked. Greg have no response.
“When are we getting out of this place?” Greg asked sternly when he had asked the second time.
“God will lead us out of this place.”
“That’s what you’ve been saying for the past two days we’ve been in this God-forsaken place! He will lead us out of here, He will lead us out of here, I’ve heard that over and over and my question is when?
