PALACE

Dario who came to the garden to Walk around paused on his tracks on what he saw…his anger about to evaporate.

“Shit, calm down Dario… remember all I had told you…turn a blind eye to this” Zaus tried calming him down.

But Dario’s eyes was fixed on Thana and Javier been so lovey dovey to each other as they laughed and exchange ksses.

“Look away!” Zaus warned.

“The moon is so beautiful” Thana said why in the arms of Javier… Javier looked down at her as he grinned…he finally got to have this beautiful woman in his arms …soon she will be fully his.

“Not as beautiful as beautiful as the woman in my arms now” He said as he leaned down to kss her because he noticed that Dario was standing behind them.

Dario who isn’t gonna take that turned and match away immediately entering Into his chamber with so much anger.

“Damn!” He hit his fist so hard on the wall.

“Calm down” Zaus said.

“What should I do? I can’t stand that scene anymore…I can’t stand seeing her in his arms! I just wanna crush him into pieces…talk to me Zaus… what should I do?” He kept asking while hitting his fist on the wall.

Zaus sighed out not knowing what to say again.

“Talk to me!”

“There is only one way to save Princess Thana from the devil” Zaus said immediately… he’s breaking the rules… he’s interfering but he doesn’t have a choice…it’s so sad to see Dario in this mood Thus he needs to do something.

“What? What is it?” Dario breath out as he stopped hitting his fist on the wall…the wound he sustained from it started healing up immediately.

“I don’t know if you will do it Dario” Zaus said hesitating a little bit.

“Just spill it out”

“Mark her”

“I don’t know if you will do it Dario” Zaus said hesitating a little bit.

“Just spill it out”

“Mark her” Zaus said, afterwards silence ruined between both of them only the beating heart of Dario was heard…until he finally broke the silence.

“What do you mean by marking her? I don’t understand” He asked.

“Yes mark her…it’s same meaning to what you had read in your so many fantasy books” Zaus responded sounding a little bit fierce with his words. Dario chuckled.

“You’re playing tricks with me right?” He asked.

“No Dario…this is the fact here…if you mark her Javier won’t be able to finally take over her mindset…you need to create that tight bound between each other” Zaus tried explaining more further but Dario wasn’t taking it.

“And that’s by marking her?” He asked.

“Yes… sinking your fangs into her neck…”

“No way… that’s absurd…I can’t hurt Thana for anything and you think if she finds out who I’m truly are, she’s gonna accept me? No Zaus…this isn’t gonna happen, never” Dario rebuffed the suggestion.

“This is the only way Dario…the only way to save the woman you love”

QUEEN LOLA’S CHAMBER

“Why did you seek for me mother?” Javier asked as he gave the woman a smoulder look…Queen Lola tilted her head one side to look at her son…a lot has changed about him…the way he speaks, his looks…his hair and all…infact he doesn’t show respect anymore while talking to her and the king had laid complains to her about that.

“Put your eyes and manners on your son woman…if there is any mistakes I will certainly disown him!” King Basmus had gave his cold strict warnings.

“What’s with the attitude son…I must confess you had changed” Queen Lola lamented.

Javier sighed out as he raise his head to look at the woman.

“Is this why you called me mother?” He asked.

Queen Lola sighed out.

“Well I called you to inform you to prepare because in two days time the Engagement ritual will take place…

Princess Thana is mearnt to choose between you and Arianna’s son… whomsoever she chooses will end up been her husband forever…”

“Engagement ritual?” Javier asked.

“Yes…the ritual is inevitable son… prepare yourself because I want king Henrick’s daughter to be yours”
